What items are available on Randalls Flash?

Most in-store items are available to purchase for Flash grocery delivery & pickup; however, some may not be available due to items in stock, quantity and size. See full terms and conditions for details. All in store items are eligible for Flash except any item that requires preparation time.

Is there a markup for Randalls Flash grocery delivery & pickup items?

There is no markup! You receive the same pricing as in-store shopping on thousands of the groceries and household items you shop most.

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") for our Flash delivery and pickup service (the “Service” or “Flash”) carefully. These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Albertsons Companies, Inc. directly or through one or more of our banner stores such as ACME, Balducci’s, Jewel-Osco, Kings Food Markets, Pavilions, Randalls, Safeway, Shaw’s, Star Market, Tom Thumb, and Vons (collectively, "Company", "we", “our” and "us"). Your use of the Service, is governed by these Terms, our Terms of Use, the Online Ordering Services Terms, and our Privacy Policy, which are specifically incorporated herein by reference. By placing an order through the Service, you accept these Terms, our Terms of Use, the Online Ordering Services Terms, and Privacy Policy. 

ATTENTION: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT, AS FURTHER ADDRESSED IN SECTION 24 OF THE TERMS OF USE AND OUR DISPUTE RESOLUTION TERMS REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. THIS MEANS THAT YOU AND THE COMPANY (AS DEFINED IN THE TERMS OF USE) ARE EACH GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO SUE EACH OTHER IN COURT OR IN CLASS ACTIONS OF ANY KIND. Flash Disclaimer

The Service is available only in select areas and the operating hours of the Service vary by store. Please check with your local store for more details. The maximum basket size for an order placed through the Service is 35 items; provided, however that this maximum may be reduced based   on your delivery location (i.e., delivery locations further from store location may be subject to reduced maximum for Service delivery option). Not all items sold by Albertsons are available to be ordered through the Service. Any displayed fulfillment time is not a guarantee and is subject to traffic and weather conditions.

Excluded Items

In addition to other items not offered through the Service, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, certain frozen items, and food requiring extra preparation time are not available to be ordered through the Service.  All items excluded from the Service will not be shown in the product catalog available for the Service.

Agreement Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting revised Terms through the Sites. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Sites. The “Last Updated” legend at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last changed. If any change to these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes.

Additional Terms. In the event there is a direct conflict of any provision within these terms and the Online Ordering Services Terms, these Terms will govern, solely as it relates to Flash orders. We may, from time to time need to cancel your Flash order, we may do so in our sole discretion, at any time without prior notice. We will provide you notice of any cancellation promptly after such cancellation has been made. If we do cancel your Flash order , you will be charged only for Flash orders that have been fulfilled. All returns under Flash are subject to our Return Policy. The Service is void where prohibited.
